INGREDIENTS:
1 banana, peeled
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons peanut butter
½ cup almond milk, unsweetened
Extra:
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients in the order into a food processor or blender, and
    then pulse for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Distribute smoothie between two glasses and then serve.
  3. Divide smoothie between two jars or bottles, cover with a lid, and then
    store the containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
