INGREDIENTS:
3 ounces mixed berries
½ cup coconut flakes
2 ounces yogurt
1 ½ cup almond milk, unsweetened
DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients in the order into a food processor or blender, and
    then pulse for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Distribute smoothie between two glasses and then serve.
  3. Divide smoothie between two jars or bottles, cover with a lid and then
    store the containers in the refrigerator for atleast 3 days.
