INGREDIENTS:
50g buckwheat pasta
15g of walnuts
15g of parmesan
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook the pasta by following the packaging directions. To prepare the
    pesto, put the parsley, walnuts, parmesan, olive oil, half the lemon juice
    and a little water in a blender or in a food processor and blend until you
    get a velvety paste. Add more water gradually until you get the
    consistency you prefer.
  2. Dress the pasta with your homemade pesto.
