INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
100g kale
50g red onion
20g parsley, chopped
150g chicken
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp honey
2 tsp soy sauce
DIRECTIONS:

  1. Toast the sesame seeds for 3 minutes until lightly browned and fragrant.
  2. In another bowl mix together the olive oil, sesame oil, lime juice, honey
    and soy sauce to make the dressing. Place the kale, red onion and
    parsley in a large bowl and mix together. Add the dressing and mix
    again. Top with the shredded chicken and the sesame seeds just before
    serving.
