4 sticks of lemongrass
400g minced turkey
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 red chili, finely chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
1 teaspoon turmeric
- Clean lemon grass cut in half lengthwise and wash.
- Mix the meat with the egg, chili, garlic, coriander, olive oil, lime juice,
turmeric and a little pepper. Make little balls out of them.
- Put the balls on the lemongrass skewer and grill them as you like. Cook
them in the oven or fry them in the pan until the balls are ready. A small
salad goes with it.
