4 sticks of lemongrass
400g minced turkey
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 egg
1 red chili, finely chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
1 teaspoon turmeric

  1. Clean lemon grass cut in half lengthwise and wash.
  2. Mix the meat with the egg, chili, garlic, coriander, olive oil, lime juice,
    turmeric and a little pepper. Make little balls out of them.
  3. Put the balls on the lemongrass skewer and grill them as you like. Cook
    them in the oven or fry them in the pan until the balls are ready. A small
    salad goes with it.
