1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
¼ teaspoon sea salt, fine
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive brine
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup red onion, sliced
½ cup green olives
2 oranges, peeled & sliced
3 celery stalks, sliced diagonally in ½ inch slices

  1. Put your oranges, olives, onion and celery in a shallow bowl.
  2. In a different bowl whisk your oil, olive brine and lemon juice, pour this
    over your salad.
  3. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
