2 (6-oz.) cans olive oil packed tuna, drained
2 (6-oz.) cans water packed tuna, drained
¾ C. mayonnaise
2 celery stalks, chopped
¼ of onion, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. mustard
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
6 C. fresh baby arugula
- Using a large bowl, add all the ingredients except arugula and gently stir
- Divide arugula onto serving plates and top with tuna mixture.
- Serve immediately.
