2 (6-oz.) cans olive oil packed tuna, drained
2 (6-oz.) cans water packed tuna, drained
¾ C. mayonnaise
2 celery stalks, chopped
¼ of onion, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. mustard
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
6 C. fresh baby arugula

  1. Using a large bowl, add all the ingredients except arugula and gently stir
    to combine.
  2. Divide arugula onto serving plates and top with tuna mixture.
  3. Serve immediately.
